Grand Etteilla (Egyptian Gypsies Tarot)

Riproduzione del mazzo occulto, divinatorio creato da Etteilla (Jean-Baptiste Alliette), nel 1783.
L’ideatore di questo mazzo, Jean Baptiste Aliette, era convinto che i Tarocchi fossero un antico libro di sapienza egizia giunto a noi
sottoforma di gioco di società.
Questo spiega perché il mazzo viene chiamato anche “Tarocco egiziano”.
Aliette decise così di ridisegnare i Tarocchi e di assegnare loro i giusti significati.
I Grand Etteilla si compongono di 78 carte con legende per facilitare l’interpretazione.

The creator of this deck, Jean Baptiste Aliette, was convinced that the Tarot was an ancient book of Egyptian wisdom that has come down to us in the form of a board game.
This explains why the deck is also called the "Egyptian Tarot".
Aliette thus decided to redesign the Tarot and to assign them the right meanings.
The Grand Etteillas consist of 78 cards with legends to facilitate interpretation.
