The present general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions") govern the methods and conditions of sale of the products marketed through the electronic network through the "www.alidastore.com" site belonging to ALIDA di Maccagli Susanna.
All contracts for the sale of Products by Alida to third parties (the "Customers") are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and essential part of each proposal, order and order confirmation for the purchase of the Products.

1. Products: prices and features

2. Orders - invoicing
2.1 These Conditions of Sale must be examined online by the Customers visiting the "www.alidastore.com" site before they confirm their purchases. The submission of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of them and their full acceptance.
2.2 The Customer declares to be a consumer within the meaning of the Law and to be of age, as well as that the data provided by it are correct and truthful.
2.3 The Customer undertakes and, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, undertakes to print and keep the present general sales conditions, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the condition of the Laws. current.
2.4 All purchase orders for Products must be complete in all their parts. Each order of Products transmitted constitutes a contractual proposal of the Customer and, therefore, will be binding for Alida only if confirmed by the same for acceptance. The execution of the order by Alida is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same.
2.5 Alida reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, not properly completed.
In case of non-execution of the order by Alida (if the same is due to unavailability of the Products ordered by the Customer) Alida will provide as soon as possible to inform the Customer, reimbursing the sums they may have already paid for the supply not performed . 3. Shipping and delivery

3.2 Alida is not responsible for transport, entrusted to third parties, therefore reimbursement is not guaranteed. 4. Payment methods

5. Guarantees
5.1 The products or products sold are guaranteed by the manufacturer or importer, as required by current legislation.

6. Product Returns
6.1 If the customer is a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, he has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations and without penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer must send Alida a notice to that effect within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. 6.2 Having received the aforementioned withdrawal notice, Alida will inform the customer of the instructions on how to return the goods. This must be done within the next 48 hours. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (ex .: accessories, expansions, manuals, etc ...); the purchased good must be intact (sealed, unfinelled) and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts; according to the law, the shipping costs are charged to the customer and the shipment is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property, in the cases in which it is ascertained:
