Conditions of Sale

The present general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions") govern the methods and conditions of sale of the products marketed through the electronic network through the "" site belonging to ALIDA di Maccagli Susanna.

1. Products: prices and features

2. Orders - invoicing

2.4 All purchase orders for Products must be complete in all their parts. 2.5 Alida reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, not properly completed.

In case of non-execution of the order by Alida (if the same is due to unavailability of the Products ordered by the Customer) Alida will provide as soon as possible to inform the Customer, reimbursing the sums they may have already paid for the supply not performed . 2.7 The ordered products, together with the relative fiscal documentation, will be sent to the address indicated by the Customer in the same order, address where deliveries can be made during normal working hours.

3. Shipping and delivery

3.1 Alida undertakes to send the ordered goods as quickly as possible; indicatively, but not in a binding way for Alida and except for the availability of the products in addition to any causes of force majeure, after the first effective working day following the date of receipt of the payment.

3.2 Alida is not responsible for transport, entrusted to third parties, therefore reimbursement is not guaranteed. 4. Payment methods

5. Guarantees

6. Product Returns

6.1 If the customer is a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, he has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations and without penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer must send Alida a notice to that effect within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. 6.2 Having received the aforementioned withdrawal notice, Alida will inform the customer of the instructions on how to return the goods. This must be done within the next 48 hours. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property, in the cases in which it is ascertained:
